- 硅密封膠灌裝封尾機是我廠專門為膠粘劑廠家最新研制的新產(chǎn)品。此機型主要用于以金屬鋁管為包裝容器，對硅密封膠的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行定量灌裝及封尾。可根據(jù)用戶的要求，專門設(shè)計成以塑料軟管為包裝容器的硅密封膠灌裝、封尾。
1工作過程：
人工將金屬軟管插入分度盤管座內(nèi)，利用機械來傳位，光電檢測裝置確認(rèn)有管子處于工作位置時，物料通過計量泵定量灌入管內(nèi)，然后封尾機構(gòu)對管子進(jìn)行封尾、打印，封尾后的成品自動頂出。
2結(jié)構(gòu)特點：
該機使用雙料缸柱塞泵形式灌裝，灌裝精確，速度可任意調(diào)整，計量誤差小于1%。機器在灌注時軟管底部上升到接近料嘴，灌注進(jìn)行中軟管同時下降，使管內(nèi)物料氣泡降到最低程度。料嘴上還設(shè)置氣動開關(guān)閥，料嘴中不滴漏。料嘴上同時不會產(chǎn)生固化現(xiàn)象。該機無極調(diào)速，雙向四折封尾，封尾美觀，操作簡單，灌、封、印一次完成，具有操作簡單、實用、可靠等優(yōu)點。
